URIBURU, Francisco Diego

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on February 12, 1970.

Lawyer (UBA, 1993). Academy of American and International Law (Dallas, USA, 1998). Postgraduate in Bankruptcy Law (UCA, 2007).

He specializes mainly in commercial and civil litigation and arbitration, particularly those related to commercial contracts (distribution, concession, corporate conflicts and insurance), banking issues and liability issues. He has participated in several leading cases of his specialty. He also has extensive experience in issues related to bankruptcies participating in all types of restructuring, and in the most important processes in the country. He has also counseled companies and individuals on issues and litigation of labor law.

Prior to joining the firm, he joined the Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal (2002-2010), Moltedo (1994-2001), M & M Bomchil (2002) and Trevisán (1994) studies. On the other hand, during the year 2000 he was assistant professor in the subject "Civil and commercial obligations" in the Faculty of Law of the Universidad de Belgrano.

He is a member of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital and the San Isidro Bar Association.
